"I was truly blown away by the helpfulness of the new store manager at the Arnold store, Michael. After multiple calls to another/closer location, but NEVER getting an answer, I was growing quite frustrated. When I called the Arnold store, my call was immediately picked up & I explained we have a broken piece on our filter. Michael guided me to the info that allowed him to identify it. I asked if he could tell whether the closer location had that part in stock, since it would save me 20-25 minutes drive time, rather than driving to Arnold. By the end of the call, although both stores have the part, I will drive the extra miles to go to the store where I received excellent customer service. Thank you Michael!"
