If you are a pool owner you would know that what matters most in a pool company is the quality of their response when something goes wrong with your pool. For many companies, the response is feeble, delayed and unsatisfactory. Not the case with Just Pools, their Head Technician, Duncan, avails himself to the clients and responds immediately with a phone call or text, followed by a visit and fast resolution to whatever the problem is. "Bought a beaded liner with verbal confirmation it could be returned with no restocking fee upon purchase. When trying to return for correct “j-hook” liner I was informed they do not return liners!! But I could spend another 209.xx (discounted from $250) to convert my pool to accept the wrong liner! Not acceptable Lost my business & warning the public to this bait & switch!"
