"Built my first custom here. Brought neighborhood kids up here to have their boards fixed up and got to help one buy his first custom. Did the scavenger hunt. Even brought my board up to have my bearings checked cause they were acting funny. Usually everyone is nice, however went up there while dress shopping for homecoming. Stopped in to get a new sticker for my car and i had just grabbed my sticker and this employee I have never met before walked up and like, stood over me and demanded to know if that was the sticker i wanted, because if so he could take it. I told him I knew I wanted it. (duh? Thats why I came in and grabbed it) I still wanted to look at stickers- I had literally just got in there and he reached for the sticker in my hand and said he could take it, again. He shut the cabinet and immediately started ringing me up, even though I was clearly not finished looking. Kind of felt like he was treating me like a thief and it was pretty disrespectful. It wasn't even close to closing time, it was like 3-4 in the afternoon. Again, never seen this guy in previous trips so obviously some newbie with an attitude problem. Not sure how you expect to make money when he's ringing you up before you've even finished looking and snatches your product from you like he's afraid it'll disappear."

"Heather was super helpful and professional today. She saw me looking at longboards and help guide me through the purchasing process. She approached me within a couple minutes of being in the store. Her knowledge surpassed my expectations as she said she owns each kind of skateboard you offer. I used to work retail and have done customer service for 20 years. Heather did a great job of bouncing between me and other customers. While helping me search for boards online, she noticed what appeared to be a shoplifter and handled it very well. She didn't make it obvious that she was watching and was able to take care of it without startling any customers. Thanks for the enjoyable experience buying a board."

"I've been going here for 2-3 years this place is awesome! There is only one lady that I don't like she has short blonde have and is very rude. Other than that I love the employees they are super fun. I love the environment it's always so chill!"

"Took my daughter to get a skateboard for her birthday and I'm so glad this is the Zumiez we picked!! I didn't think to ask the young mans name that helped my 13 year old pick her board and parts because he was amazing! He had no problem answering any and all questions and was patient while my teen changed her mind more than once! Would definitely go back if in this area again!!"

"Rude staff. They need to put signs in the correct spots if they are on sale. It is so confusing. Don't put signs on racks or clothing that aren't on sale and then get an attitude with the customer for not understanding why the items their going buy aren't ringing up correctly. This is coming from someone who has worked in retail now for 14 years."
