"My husband bought me a Valentine's Day outfit that didn't fit. I went to the store to return it, only to find out that he had purchased it before Valentine's Day. As a result, my receipt was past the return policy by two days! After going back and forth with the store staff, they decided not to make an exception. They proceeded to tell me that they've had a lot of fraudulent returns, which has nothing to do with me. I'm standing in a Lululemon store with a valid Lululemon receipt that is only two days expired. It's unfortunate that Lululemon's customer service doesn't match the quality of their product."

"This location is pop-up store. Don’t know if it will be a permanent location. I had low expectations prior to my visit due to the less than glowing reviews found elsewhere. However, I was very surprised to find helpful employees with very useful information once inside the store. I was able to buy exactly what I was looking for without a problem. Went into the store just to look and ended up buying two leggings. Price point is similar to other workout store, such as fabaletics. Line to pay seem to go pretty fast. Enough employees to help customers."
