"Kennedy Mall survived and is thriving. Many malls failed but with some solid anchor stores and updated design this mall looks great. No food court but there are dining options and plenty of snack options."
"This should not be considered a mall. Mostly all the stores are always closed. When I first move closer to Dubuque Iowa. I thought this mall was gonna be a great experience moving forward. It seems like after COVID This mall was not able to bounce back on its feet. With this being the only mall in the city you think everybody would be here? But when you're lacking employees and stores being closed, this is the problem you run into. Hope they get it together because I really did like this mall. Oh, and they don't have a food court either."
"The sports memorabilia shop in the center is a ripoff. Nothing is priced. Guy says he will give you a “discount”. I paid $55 for a cup said he would give me “$50”. You can buy these cups online for $30 dollars. Extremely Unethical. Also it’s posted at the register “no refunds or exchange.” There is absolutely nothing professional about this business whatsoever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME."
"We are from out of town and we stopped by the mall today at 8:00 p.m. to check out a few of the stores. As you can see in the pictures several of the stores were already closed and the lights were shut off when we arrived. I asked the gentleman at one of the T-shirt stands what time the mall closed and he said it was 9:00 and I said well why are all the stores closed and he said it's they weren't busy. The mall has potential but it was disappointing that all the stores were closed."
