Wentzville School District Transportation Facility

"I hate to write bad reviews as I’m sure most of the facility is great but I feel like no one is hearing me. The last two years we have had the worst experience. Bus 27 driver (I won’t say her name) is awful and hates children. She regularly leaves children behind (both going to school and coming home) my child complained of a sore throat and the driver refused to take her home (even the school nurse was irritated and confused why she wouldn’t take her home) because she said “I don’t clean up throw up and won’t take a sick kid; get off the bus and go tell a teacher inside!” she regularly raises her voice at the kids and on SO many occasions children come off the bus crying about how they have been treated. I have issued multiple complaints as have other parents I have spoken to about this. This women should not be working with children and nothing is done about it. I wish it was in my power to drive my children to school as the way this women behaves makes me sick"

"Never can reach anyone when you call in ever regardless of what dept you pick. Have kiddos who require specialized transportation and sometimes they don’t show up. You call in leave messages and they don’t bother returning. Utterly ridiculous!!!!"

"I haven't had many experiences with school district bus garages but so far this one has been far better than the Francis Howell School district. My only complaint is that my daughter's bus sometimes will pick up parts of other routes (bc of driver shortage) and not give notification that they will be running late. Other than that I've had no problems."
