"My child attended Kids R Kids for the last couple years during summer break. It had always seemed to be ok and he never had anything bad to say about it or complain about. We signed him up again this year and made it the first week and had a problem. Unfortunately he was disenrolled due to staff shortages. Sounds like they're struggling pretty badly to find good, honest employees. Hope they can turn it around and get back to how they functioned last year. For now we've had to find other alternatives for child care. It's a shame because some of our sons schoolmates went there with him and he enjoyed getting to be around them during the summer months."

"I was approached by Aliza after my autistic son was having some typical behavioral struggles (making noises, not sitting down, difficulty following instructions) following a big family transition. She asked if we had any other arrangements for childcare and that she wouldn't take him on the summer field trips. She told me to see if I could find alternative care because she "doesn't want to kick him out but... *shrugs*". There was little to no communication from staff on my autistic child's behavior and struggles leading up to this with the exception of maybe three times over about a 4/5 week span. Otherwise the only way I was aware of his behavior was from me observing via cameras. When I noticed the difficulty my son and his teachers were having, I immediately jumped into action on trying to help but not once did I get any assistance from KRK or how they were helping my child. During a couple of those conversations, my son overheard and asked follow up questions after rather negative wording was used. It is incredibly unprofessional and damaging to a child to overhear adults speak about them in such a way while they are present. When there were concerns with behavior, they should have been discussed away from my child and his little ears or at the very least worded in a way that wasn't absolutely damaging to his self esteem. I've witnessed questionable ways of handling discipline, one of those days being Thursday 5/18. On this particular day, a teacher yanked on my son's arm. They had him out of his classroom for over an hour, which is incredible excessive. When I asked what they had him doing he said he was just standing there in the front. I've also observed isolation, excluding, and yelling. In no way are these appropriate actions for someone who is being disruptive not for the sake of being disruptive, but because he is overwhelmed and overstimulated because he is autistic and has an anxiety disorder. I would like to note that not once has my child ever been aggressive towards anyone. In fact I witnessed numerous times other kids kicking and hitting my child with my child not reacting or turning to the teacher and looking for help. The only reason my child was essentially forced out and treated the way he was is because he was autistic, made noises, and didn't sit the way they wanted him to. When I went to tour and speak to them about enrolling, they assured me that they could "handle" and accommodate an autistic child. Do yourself and your poor baby a favor and stay away. I was so hopefully after touring and speaking to Aliza when I first reached out and I was sorely mistaken."

"My daughter has been attending Kids R kids for 2 years now. Her growth and development has been astonishing. I highly recommend them as they are not just your average daycare. They go above and beyond to make sure each individual child is well taken care of, and all their needs are met."

"I could not be happier with my experience at Kids R Kids. My son can't wait to go to school each morning. He has already learned so much in the six months that he has attended. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers and staff are very friendly and helpful. We are so happy that we made the decision to send our son here."

"My son gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and that speaks volumes. He loves the staff, kids that go here and I know he is in safe hands. This is not your everyday daycare. They are learning so many skills, from social, education and still having fun doing all of it. I love that I can look on an app, see what they are doing on live feed and then at the end of the day they do daily summaries (potty stuff, what they ate, if they napped). This place is amazing!"
