"Former caseworker at Compass. Do not work here! Especially in behavioral health. You will be burned out so quick. Christy Bledsoe is a terrible director. You will be micromanaged and provided with very little support from supervisors. Barely any PTO is given."
"If you want to be spoken to like you are a lesser being and with zero understanding of your situation, go ahead and call them for an appointment. The woman I spoke to didn't even know her own job and yet she was condescending to me because I had canceled my previous appointment due to health issues. getting her to actually make the appointment was like pulling teeth. She sent me to a location for a supposed appointment and I was there for what is considered an urgent need appointment THEY TURNED ME AWAY!!! An urgent need appointment and they turned me away. Call them at your own risk. You will be talked down to and lied to and if given an appointment, you may waste your time getting there only to find that no such appointment exists. GOOD LUCK"
"Very awesome experience. While I am not terrified of dentists, I am extremely terrified of needles. And have experienced nothing but pain at my usual dentists. Mainly around the injection side. Numbness in my teeth for days after. But not here. I was actually honestly surprised when he pulled out because I didn’t even realize he had stuck me with the needle. It didn’t hurt at all. it was a very comfortable experience, and I felt perfectly OK. Joking around with both of the dentists in the room. If I lived closer, I would come here again."
"made me feel like im not the only person that cares about my health. great pharmacy, SNAP & Medicaid help, as well as helpful and kind staff. the behavioral (therapy) side had been easy to named with case workers and sliding scale available for payment. Super recommend Compass Health, and i still make the drive from STL to Wentzville to keep seeing the same staff"
