"PfP residential once used to be highly sought after by persons served and staff, now it is avoided at all costs. Largely in part because of Residential clinical director, Anna Frank. Anna’s workplace bullying management style has caused physical and mental distress to the wellbeing of myself, other staff, and persons served. She uses her power, authority, and threats as a management tactic and should be viewed as abusive in the workplace. These concerns have been reported to upper management and HR, but continuously fall on deaf ears. If you are considering PfP residential, look elsewhere. The persons served and staff deserve better from the leadership of Places for People."

"If I could give them negative star review I would. Do not even think about going here if you need any help. You will get disrespected first off by the receptionist who can not help you or get anything resolved nor will she give any effort. Very argumentative no one else to talk to. I am a health care professional who has been trying to get a problem resolved for a non English speaking patient and absolutely no help. So please if you need a psychiatrist look for somewhere else this place is absolutely a joke. I never dealt with such unprofessional and uncaring staff."
