"I make my living repairing and breaking in baseball gloves, and I work also as an umpire and a coach. This is quite possibly the best one stop shop store for baseball and softball gear in Chicagoland....besides having all the latest gear from your favorite manufacturers, they have a small and friendly staff who can help you make informed decisions. They also work with teams to provide cutting edge uniform design and meet other group needs. It’s worth a stop anytime you’re near the store...it’s the candy store for baseball and softball players!"
"I purchase equipment for local sports teams and prefer to keep it as local as possible. I have attempted 6 times to purchase from this place. The first attempt in Feb I was told the email was not working. Left VM no call back. Finally I spoke with Peggy who talked over me almost the entire conversation and said somebody would get back to me. Again no call back. Attempted again in June 2018. First with written description and photo of what I was locking for. Followed up with Peggy and again a nightmare conversation just like the first time we spoke she cut me off as I tried to give her the details of what I was looking for. When I kept talking to finish my thought she kept talking and said I was yelling at her. Good luck. I have to imagine somebody there is dialed in but I have not had any luck."
