"It's pure corporate america, the people I know that work there all hate it. They have no say who they get to work with or hire and the Suits make all the decisions. I've never seen a place in the Chicago region where everyone hated their jobs so much. Other reviews reflect the same impression"

"Before this was a cancer hospital they saved my life. But they shouldn’t have bothered as crime never changes and I’m not good enough to work there or even work anywhere without harassment. They took my life than and I was never able to change it and this town never changes in its ridiculous approach and appearances. This hospital like this town is a sham an eyesore that doesn’t care about the town they are in or their people in the area..I pray for you people thanks for saving my life.i hope the Holy Ghost enters your hospital with truth. Please change your name."

"Had this facility still been CTCA I would have given 5 stars. I was treated here for 2 months in 2021, and even needed to stay in the hospital due to neutropenia. It was a great, patient centered facility. The changes since COH has assumed control are not patient friendly. We now must go online to fill out mileage reimbursement! I do not do online. I have never set up my patient portal and never will. I have any bills mailed to me. I wanted to get some snacks to have in our 4 hour car ride home and was told I could have 2 bags of chips ionly. " The meal cards are to purchase a healthy meal". That's just a couple of issues. The lady at the front desk was rude and informed me " you have to go online for the mileage, there is no other way" When I asked who I could see or call, she let out a sigh and said "no one". Coming to your check ups is stressful enough without this added burden. I love Dr. Pisick, but I may change my follow ups closer to home. I don't need the added stress."
