We’ve never had any issues, so to the recent complainers, and you know who you are, find another place to groom your dogs where you will be satisfied, although it doesn’t appear that is possible. You’re barking up the wrong tree. As you can see from the other comments, recent and over the years, we are a loyal bunch."
"We have taken all of our dogs here several times and they have always been well taken care of. Nora is flexible with drop-off and is always prompt to tell us when to pick up our pups. Our dogs are always happy to walk back into the building and super happy when we pick them up. 100% recommend."
"Today's trip makes for the second time that I have dropped off my pups and/or dog and they have been there ALL day long only to feel like they were not done with 100% proficiency. I do expect someone that claims to be a groomer and professional to be able to cut my dog in a professional manner and not look like my toddler got a hold of them. Do not recommend."
