"We have been here for some time and have been through several different management people and i can say this nee management seems to care about the cleanliness of the park! Which I definitely appreciate."
"I have been here since the previous management and I can say that I have seen improvements since the new management has taken over. The restrooms and laundromat stay clean now and the landscaping is being kept up. They have installed a fire pit, where they regularly have a hot dog and smores roasted for the residents. The management is also quick to respond to any questions that you may have and generally have friendly and welcoming attitude overall."
"Such an Amazing place! beautiful park! Good neighbors great community and wonderfully sweet office manger both of them are wonderful great people very helpful they host evens for the whole community and kids it so sweet and wonderful if your looks for a great place this is the place!!!!!!"
"I love the new management here! They are very nice people. They have events on Friday or Saturday almost every weekend. For example they had a Christmas party at the Senior center last month and they had the kids color stockings. The next week they had the kids come and decorate the tree... and they had filled their stockings with goodies! I've never seen management that was that involved and attentive to their tenants. It's definitely a place worth staying!"
"We love the park, but the new management is not great! I’ve called trying to pay for our spot and they are never in the office during “office hours” We have had horrible trouble with trying to receive our packages at the park not due to the shipping company but due to the manager not allowing the code to the room the packages are to be delivered to and telling the delivery man we don’t live there which is incorrect. We’ve had tons of other issues with the recently new management, we would love to stay at the park but becoming very unpleased with the management."
