"I've been a patient of Dr. Ahmed for over 12 years. They provide a consistent and quality service. They have strict policies about no-shows and people who don't pay their bills, but I assume that is because they have to, especially with such a large focus on juvenile behavioral health. I even moved out of state and have new insurance that they don't accept, but they worked out a very reasonable self-pay plan with me and are seeing me virtually (which they can do since I'm self-pay). I need to find a new local doctor where I am now located, but have felt in no rush to do it since I still receive the same quality level of care even being out-of-state. If you're serious about getting help for yourself or your child and will follow through with your end of the deal and not play games you will have no issue. My ex brought her kids here and didn't have a great experience, but that was because they were constantly bucking the Doctor's orders and trying to control everything themselves rather than trusting in the doctor."

"My family has been going to this specialist for almost twenty years, Dr. Ahmed has always been open and honest with us and listens to our concerns. I’m grateful for all that he’s done for our son with Autism. Ty"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly! I have waited a whole month for my therapy session that was scheduled today. I called yesterday about POSSIBLY needing to reschedule and for them to call me back about it. Never got a call. Things worked out and I was able to go. I get there and check in only for them to tell me that I called to cancel. I was livid. Not only did they give my appt spot away but they didn't even return my phone call. I work in Healthcare. When a patient asks you to call back you call back. It's not that hard. They completely disregarded my request. Then they tell me that same day I was discharged as a patient. No warning and no notice. Not even a courtesy phone call the lady yelled at me for said they do. They also lied and said they called me yesterday which I showed them my call log they did not. They lie and do whatever they want. It's extremely hard to get a hold of anyone there! Always new faces at the front desk and no one knows how to do their job. I have had nothing but issues with that front desk since the moment I became a patient there. I would highly highly suggest to look elsewhere for mental health needs. They have zero compassion for patients. A lady thinks she can just start yelling at patients because she can. Not at all professional. I was rightly upset and I did get loud, but you are never supposed to start yelling before I even starting speaking with you directly. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people!!!! The lady pictured is the least compassionate and she immediately started getting loud with me before I even started speaking to her. Ridiculous."

"I’m giving two stars on the fact that the lady who answered the very first time I called was extremely helpful. And that’s where that ended. I have a few doctors who I’m trying to decide between that I feel would be the best fit for my mental health, this doctor being one of them. When I was able to finally answer, after they called me 8 times over the span of a day and a half, she told me if I chose to take the route of trying to find the best fit, the Dr would no longer be able to take me as a patient. If a doctor is telling me he won’t accept me based off of that, I’d rather not have him as a doctor. Obviously he doesn’t care about a patient’s well being, or the receptionist doesn’t care. Either way, I’ll take my business elsewhere."
