"Called this place 3x they accepted my ins. And said someone would reach out to me within a week. After 2 weeks still no follow up call. So I called back and talked to Katie. She said someone would be calling me within the week. And it’s been three weeks again with no follow up call. I then had my spouse call and they gave her the same runaround. And cat and mouse game. I’m convinced this place is bogus, probably very unorganized and generic no name counselors."

I had a rough time last year, and my social worker was their for me and got me the help I needed. I appreciate my social workers help getting me the extra help l needed."
