"I have been going to the Clinic for ever since early 80s I have yet to have a bad service. The Dr's, assistant are the best. So nice to deal with them. I love the staff. It's the only clinic we use. Hope they are around for ever I recommend them to people."

"Dr Ferrell and staff here are very caring and compassionate . My dog … Lilly was very sick. It turned out that she had cancer . But she did everything that she could to help her. I don’t have a lot of money . They have reasonable prices so I was able to afford the care Lilly needed. She even took the time to make me feel better when there was not much time left for Lilly. You can tell it’s not just a job for the staff here. They actually care ! You do have to wait a long time . It is hard to get ahold of them . But if you are willing to wait . You will get quality care ! ❤️"
"These people are amazing. They will give your dog top notch service at a reasonable value. My dog unfortunately passed during recovery from emergency surgery. The clinic squeezed me in last minute and stayed late fighting for my dogs life. They gave me a nice paw memorabilia when I came to pay for the service. Thank you for all the compassion and help though this tough week."
"This is a streamlined Clinic, with only the staff & services absolutely necessary. This allows Lakes to provide lower priced, yet excellent veterinary care to the community. There is no front office staff, & appointments are not accepted for office visits. There is a small waiting room with 4 benches on the walls, a small table with a clipboard to sign-in on arrival, & patients are seen on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. All Vets & staff here work very hard, & are extremely knowledgeable & compassionate. Four of my dogs have received wonderful care at Lakes thruout their lives, ranging from puppies to seniors, & for much less than similar care costs at other Veterinary clinics."
