"From getting forgotten about by the medical staff and getting left in the room for an extra 30 minutes waiting for blood to get drawn to having the medical providers completely dismissing my medical concerns, it's just not somewhere I'm comfortable looking for care anymore. A provider should never say "huh I can't tell you why that's happening" that makes a patient feel so hopeless. On top of that you can't even get a specific doctor when requested and the staff doesn't let you know when they are going to change it. The health and happiness of their patients clearly isn't a priority for this clinic"

"I've been here 4 or 5 times and EVERY time I've had to wait well past my appointment time. They ask me if I'm a new patient and they didn't even have my appointment down. The ladies at the front don't know there head from there a$$ NEVER GO HERE AND DONT EVEN WASTE YOURE TIME! Unless you like to waste time and sit in a loud waiting room for a "specialist " that doesn't even know what they are talking about DO NOT GO HERE! THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE THE WORST RATED DOCTORS OFFICE IN 25MILES!"

"Absolute worst Dr Office I have ever been to. I was suggest nobody to go to this place not saying that the people are not nice, but very very, very unprofessional. You always wind up, sitting here, at least an hour before somebody even talks to you. They never return phone calls they do not forward test to other doctors, it’s just unbelievable how bad they are it’s really a shame. This is what we have to deal with but don’t go there anymore and I suggest nobody go there."

"The most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. To start the experience, it was so incredibly loud. The front desk staff would yell across the waiting room to patients and have lengthy yelling conversations with them screaming the whole time. I can’t even think of another environment like that to compare it to — really bizarre. The desk staff were also weirdly put out by anyone checking in or asking a question and huff the whole time. They have patients’ medical records spread out on the front counter for anyone to see!! Dr Belluci will double, triple and quadruple book appointments so you will always wait more than an hour just to see her, if you’re lucky. People in the waiting room start asking other patients when their appointments were scheduled and sure enough we’re all scheduled for the same time and all left to wait and wait and wait. I left the last time when it got to be well over an hour, including sitting in the exam room. My time is valuable, too. After all that waiting, she spends about 3.5 minutes with you and I thought she was pretty condescending as if my medical issue was due to a lack of willpower or effort on my part, which couldn’t be further from the truth but she wouldn’t know that given that she didn’t care to ask anything relevant about me. If you try to share your concerns to get better medical advice or ensure she has the full picture, she cuts you off. She is clearly focused on keeping the patient grinder running. I’m pretty sure they make some good money recommending/forcing every patient to take blood tests for any reason or no reason and even if they were just done. And, they make you come back to the office to charge you for another visit just to say “all looks fine.” I’ve never had any other medical office get so greedily creative with ways to suck more money out of patients and their insurance companies. Every time I’ve been there, every other exam room and patient that I overhear with the doctor and nurses is ordered blood tests. It’s all they talk about in there! It’s pretty blatant. Good luck with getting prescription refills, too. I’ve had the pharmacy contact them regularly for refills of routine meds and at least twice it’s been more than a week for them to respond so I’m without the meds I need. They don’t bother to tell you until you try calling multiple times that it’s their “policy” to have you go into the office for an office visit (and more blood tests!) every 90 days for routine prescriptions. No other doctor has ever conjured up so many excuses to force me to come in (and get charged). It’s absurd! It’s also the dirtiest medical office I’ve ever seen. Worst medical care experience I’ve ever had and I’ll be looking for another provider."

"I want to start by saying I 100% agree with the bad reviews here. This office and the Dr Bellucci is horrible. I don’t want to speak bad about the staff or the nurses as they seem to be super nice however, the Dr Bellucci is by far the worse Dr I ever had dealt with. She wears this black mask and with her piercing blue eyes she gives you this look like you’re a no body. Took my mom there for an appointment that was at 1pm and was not seen until 2:30. Once we enter the exam room and the doctor came in she didn’t even greet us as if we were nobody to her. She started barking out orders to her staff (whom I feel for them working under those conditions) and didn’t even care about how my mother felt. She wanted to give her every exam and blood test as I was telling her mom was just at the hospital a week ago. She didn’t even seem to care. After that visit I was done with her lack of personal skills. Thankfully, my mom has great insurance and I don’t ever have to return to her or her office. I feel for those that do go there! Plain and simple this Doctor is horrible. She can keep her ugly face behind that mask as I don’t ever want to see her again!!!"
