"My family and I began our care prior to the pandemic and all was well. Nisha, the old assistant was pleasant and welcoming. Whomever is there now isn't the most welcoming. Which, to me, plays a major role, as she is whom you see first. Please do not let me get started on the nurse. Oh chile! Unpleasant to say the least. Came off rude to me. But hey, to be expected! I try to support my own and each time mmm. Also, i recall the wait times once you are in a room, its annoying. Please get me in and out! Needless to say, due to the current office staff, my nerves cant tolerate so my family and i will seek other options. Legall is a sweetie though! Knowledgeable as well! Your frontline represents you! (They arent doing to well☹️)"

"Waiting over 3 weeks and still waiting to get the diabetic medications they prescribed me. The pharmacy told me they left messages and called several times during the day and no one will call them back from the Dr.’s office. I went up several times to let them know what the pharmacy said they said they will call them. I called the pharmacy again and they told me the same thing. I called the dr office again and this time they told me that the pharmacy was calling during business hours and didn’t have time to call them back. I told the physician asst that I’m out of my meds and have been waiting for weeks. She said when she gets time she will call the pharmacy. I have been going there for almost a year and should of learned the 1st time this happened. I still never even met dr. Lengall. I believe they want you to be on dialysis because every time I went there I see more people on their machines. I finally got smart and left their offices before I end up on their machine. I highly don’t recommend this office, they don’t care about you or your health. This is the worst dr office I ever been too. There are more problems that I had with their offices but too many to mention."

"On yesterday December 6th I was having a lot of unbearable pain and chills so I decided to let my OBGYN know at my week to take out my staples from my csection. They were anything but helpful unfortunately and told me I would have to go to the hospital for more pain meds bc they had to be sent electronically. Thank God for Integrity Family Healthcare who actually listened because they care. They know that practicing medicine is more than sticking to a schedule and performing routine check ups that are task driven. The staff careful questioned me and ran every test nessaccary. Nurse Emily and her two medical assistants were heaven sent. They sent my prescriptions and I had them soon after. After the care in the office and taking the prescribed medication I felt better than I had in almost a week. Thank you guys so much! Integrity is the perfect name for this clinic and you can add to integrity, thorough, and caring."

"My daughter is a new patient, I started out very impressed with this office, as time has gone by in the last few months the experience has been not so good, the communication between the patients and doctors are horrible, I subject the Doctors make sure the patients understand why any meds are given and the reasons for it and example how to take it, as for as the front desk staff, very professional, my daughter wanted a female doctor so we searched and found Dr. Legall and she likes her so far, but for me I am not impressed. Hopefully as time goes by something will change my mind..."

"Dr. Legall is nice enough but the way this office is run she should be embarrassed! I went to her back in late July for a problem with my eye. After a routine check up a Genetic Screening was done to find out if I have any genetic markers for certain diseases. It is now The end of December and still no results. I have called at least 3 times to only have 1 call returned. When I was contacted by Liza or Eliza (something similar) she said my Cancer results were missing and she would call me back the next day. I have yet to hear from her and that was the beginning of the month (Dec.) I have chosen to change to a new Dr and walked the medical release into Dr Legall’s office 2 weeks ago after my new Dr still had not received my records. I drove to Dr Legall’s office to find out what was going on. I was told the medical release form has been lost. 45 minutes later......I go back to the window and young (Nisha) lady says I’m making a copy now. She takes my name and number and assured me she will call and let me know (later that day) records have been sent. Still have not heard from her. I called my new Dr this morning and still no records and no test results. Unacceptable! If I could give a less than a 1 I would! The insurance company paid Dr Legall but yet I have NO test results!"
