"Went here in 2019 and then 2020 after 2 back surgeries. Tim and the staff are great. They understand the approach that needs to be taken, are patient with you and answer all questions and concerns you may have. Storytime: After my 2nd back surgery, I went to another (well known) physical therapy clinic (referred). I would leave in more pain than when I came in. Long story short, I re-herniated a disc in my back. With all my options running out and staring down at a spinal fusion, I decided to come back to Benchmark PT as my last resort. I am glad I did! "I have been going here for a month now and have had a positive experience. My team continues to challenge me physically while keeping my overall goals for the future in mind at the start if every session. So far I have seen small improvments in my stability and pain flare ups. I am also very strict about following my at home exercise schedule given to me by my therapists. "Very professional and caring staff. Debbie, Kelly and Susan are great at what they do. You meet with the Dr. on the first visit and come up with a game plan for treatment. Subsequent visits are with the PTAs who take their time and even are willing to stay late to accommodate your schedule. They ask detailed questions throughout the visit to ensure you are comfortable with the exercises and stretches, but are encouraging in testing those limits for maximum results. Despite the fact you see multiple people when going to your appointments each time everyone keeps detailed notes on each visit to prevent you from having to repeat yourself or re-do things you've already done. Every visit I've had has been quick to get in and any scheduling issues have been easily handled. I would wholeheartedly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy to anyone."
