"I scheduled a Covid test online and was sent documents to fill and send back. Got a notice of appointment the day before and confirmed my appt... Now I'm nervous as freak cause of everything I've been hearing about the swab in the nose, but I had to get tested for my job. I arrived and I'm so nervous, I go into the office and the receptionist could tell I was nervous. She assured me everything was going to be ok. Her mannerism was so pleasant and calming. Then I get sent to the back for testing, Lord Jesus I'm saying , I meet the Doctor and she was very friendly and made me laugh during the whole visit ... She performed the test and it wasn't bad at all. She stated I would get my results back within 1-3 days but I got my results back in 24 hours... I also inquired about the Vitamin Infusion therapy to help build my immune system so I have another appointment on Thursday, I will let yll know how it goes....Thank you Your Choice for helping get over my nervousness of Covid testing and speaking to me about improving my immune health in general and also about by weight.....I truly appreciate how you went above and beyond for me...Thanks so much"
