"NEVER COME BACK! I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment (@9am). There were two ladies waiting in the room already even though the office opened at 8:30am. One of the lady was told to wait for only 3 minutes to see the doctor but NOBODY reached her out until almost an hour. In my situation, the nurse reached me out with in 15-20 minutes then no one came after 45 minutes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took half day off to come see the doctor and gotta go back to work for my clients. I personally respect HER schedule and everyone’s time but it seems like they would like to schedule the patients every 15-30 minutes apart and the doc couldn’t make it on time which was extremely unprofessional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME here. **!Update: they automatically scheduled me to come back without having any conversation or explanation! PLEASE respect your patients with your kindness. I found a better place thanks to the way y’all treated me."

I’ve had a multiple of primary care doctors in my civilian and military careers and I think she goes above and beyond. She also will only choose the best in the referal network to send her patients to. Her Staff are always working hard for us and always available to assist. The platform and communication is fantastic. Things always get done with care, thoughtfulness and amazing speed without skipping a beat!"
