"Zero star to them if there was an option. They always ask to make appointment even for prescription refill and minor suggestions. They hook you in a loop where they make you coming so they get paid constantly. Had an incident that they said will covered by insurance and since they verified we used it but later they asked us to pay around a grand. This place is a loot. They never help refer to the specialist of any field and wants rotate patients come their door every once in a while. Avoid at any cost."

"Very disappointing. They over charge. They charged my wife a deductible $116 for lab report which is fully covered by my insurance. They lie and falls claim to the insurance.You will barely see Dr. Ketha in the office. To earn money they are appointing unskilled, unprofessional nurse practitioners. One of them have seen my wife, was confused about treatment. Finally sent a prescription to my pharmacy 45 mintues after we left their office for which I had to call and remind them. They never sent my covid test report which was supposed to send next dat afternoon."

"Refused to refill my blood pressure medicine. 1 Dr told me to take 2 pills a day so I ran out before the 90 days she prescribed. Whatever I'll just find another doctor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE."
