"I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience with this institution. Dr.Kushwaha was extremely thorough and patient with explaining my diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. I often feel extremely anxious with medical facilities, but I felt comfortable and taken care of from the beginning of my exposure with the front desk, up until my discharge. There were no financial questions that weren't addressed promptly and with a smile; which seems rare to find amongst medical facilities. This is the standard I expect from any medical team."

"Stupid and expensive services: 1- wasted my time and money with a Pap smear. TREND told me they would send me the results, but I never received them. They also charged me for the service; when I asked for the results, no one knew where they were. Finally, they blamed the laboratory because it did not notify them that the sample was taken incorrectly!!!, but also, Why doesn't TREND track the information it's supposed to keep track of?. When I asked the front desk to remove the charge, the response was, "You have to call finance." Oh, wow!! So now I have to fix this?!. 2- The most expensive blood test in my life! I carefully reviewed the invoices that TREND sent to my insurance, and for a simple blood test, they made 5 different charges for almost a thousand dollars. This is a clear insurance scam! 3- They manipulate the documentation. My husband had the same blood tests as me, but they added two more charges to his bills. When I asked why, they told me they couldn't give me the information, only to my husband, but why? Please note that we had to sign authorizations to release medical results before we could schedule an appointment. I authorized my husband, and he authorized me, but let's pretend to be surprised!... The forms that were uploaded on the website immediately and mysteriously disappeared. Do not join this service; if you are a customer, please check your invoices! You are probably paying thousands of dollars, and you are not aware of it."

"Wish I could give 5 stars. Good doctors, used to have good nurses. But overall exp challenging this year due to their referral/billing system issues, unprof receptionist and new nurses. Used to love it, But am considering switching next year. If you're seeking new healthcare, you should read this. 5 stars for Dr. Kushiwaha and last year's nurses. Dr. Kushiwaha excels in med practice, communication, consistently displays warmth and patience. Last year's nurses were professional and friendly. Delightful experience with these outstanding healthcare professionals. 2 stars for new nurses this year. Not professional—phlebotomist wore glove with cut-off index finger, used exposed finger and nail to touch needle area. When asked, she said, "this is how I do it." Shocked by her ignorance, safety issues, unprof behavior. 1 star for the chaotic clinic referral system. In 80% of cases, referrals are not received. The receptionist insists she sent them, but after countless calls, the referrals seem to vanish into thin air. This has happened numerous times, causing frustration and confusion. Trend should review how their staff handles referrals and address system issues. 1 star for front desk receptionist. Unbelievably unprofessional. Main reason for considering a provider switch. In October, she claimed I hadn't paid for my July visit, charged double copay, and provided a receipt and statement. However, I had already paid for July, and I owed $0 for October. So I backed and showed her the receipt next day; she confidently denied she had charged me anything and refusing to acknowledge that she personally handed me the receipt. In the midst of the confusing situation, I showed my bank records to a young colleague trying to help, then the two claimed there was a balance "somewhere" but they couldn't access, despite the July statement being right in front of them. The young lady even attempted to convince me with, "You don't understand insurance". Frustrated, I asked if I could return if further information was needed after calling bill department. They resolutely and sternly refused to provide any further assistance, without a hint of hesitation. I left the clinic with lingering questions and profound frustration. The receptionist's denial of the payment and receipt, along with her unprofessional behavior, were clear indicators of her lack of understanding regarding her own job responsibilities. I am uncertain if this characteristic contributes to the chaos in her job, such as the aforementioned referral-sending mess. Later, I called billing; their system is a mess, deserving only 2 stars. They discovered an unnotified balance from April. Payments were wrongly applied: July to April, October to July. Then the receptionist charged double for October and vehemently denied her actions, resulting in unjust billing. Dealing with such situations can be overwhelming, especially when you're already unwell and seeking professional help. This is prompting me to explore new healthcare options in 2024. While the doctor is competent and the nurses were good, the referral and billing systems are in disarray. Both the front desk receptionist and new nurses exhibit highly unprofessional behavior, contributing to an unpleasant and draining care-seeking experience here. If you're thinking about choosing this clinic, be aware that the doctors are patient, but dealing with their system and staff requires even more patience."
