"I really like going to Dr. McDaniel, he is an awesome Doctor. I’m giving this low rating because of his front office girl. I called to get a prescription renewed and she told me I owe a balance. She told me she would not fill the prescription until the balance was paid. She’s very rude and for this, I will be switching doctors. It’s a shame that they know about her and don’t do something about it. Now it’s costing them another client."

"My father has been going to Dr. McDaniel for several years. He was having knee pain that progressed over 2 months. He could barely walk, so after about 3 weeks, he went to the Dr. The Dr. requested an MRI, but never sent the request for over a month. I was personally calling the MRI place to see if they'd received it. Finally after 23 days, they received the request but didn't receive the clinicals needed to process the request, such a waste of time. All of this was while my Dad was in great discomfort and could barely walk. When they finally sent the clinicals over, we find out that they didn't follow protocol, and that insurance required an x-ray first. I work with insurance daily, so I know you can check the status of a request and the requirements before you move forward with any requested treatment, but of course, they didn't follow protocol. Back to the Dr. he went to have an x-ray, within a week of the denial. After Dr. McDaniel reviewed the x-ray, he said that he wouldn't be requesting an MRI because the pain was POSSIBLY being caused by a blood disorder, hemochromatosis, which he's had for over 40 years. The way this was handled was negligent, lacking in compassion, and rude. Now my Dad has another appt with a knee specialist, so he can request the MRI. Dr. McDaniel's receptionist has also been rude, short-tempered, and is a bad representation for his office. She has caused issues with myself, my husband, and my daughter with insurance and payment. We'll be having our records switched to new Dr's who have nicer front desk staff, a newer system of care, aren't antiquated, and aren't negligent with our care."

"The lady at the front desk needs a new job. My husband is a firefighter and the fire department has there own new self funded insurance and we are covered EVERYWHERE. He explained this to her and asked her to please just call 800# to verify coverage and she absolutely would not. Even my daughters peditrician called as we requested and guess what? We are ok and covered with them! If you don't want to do your job then get a new one. Said that Dr McDaniel lost a customer due to front desk negligence. Other than her he liked Mr. McDaniel."

"They are so caring and genuinely listen when I speak. I love that I go over everything in detail with the nurse, and then when Dr. Mc Daniel comes in, he discusses with me every single thing I mentioned to the nurse. Once we’ve decided on a treatment plan he has it all typed up and ready for me at the checkout desk so I go home with detailed instructions. This is wonderful because so often you go home and can’t remember everything that was discussed! Especially if you’re sick."

"Dr. McDaniel's doesn't care about his patients. I have spent a lot of money hoping he could help meBut every appointment was the same. He would comfort me and tell me he was going to help. Then he would excuse himself from the room and his daughter/front desk admin girl would come get me with a piece of paper with his recommending prescription. Not even giving me a chance to speak with him about it and to hear his reasoning for prescribing this particular drug."
