"Worst experience ever and for this very reason I never got pregnant again. First time mother and I still suffer from PTSD after my delivery. They never offered me a c-section during my delivery my son became stuck they continued to have me push and my son suffered a birth injury behind it that has left him with long lasting effects. He still has a length difference in arms and required therapy for a while l. They blamed me and claimed I refused a c-section which was a lie. The doctor came in my room and told me that the injury was her fault she severed my babies nerves by aggressively pulling him out during my vaginal delivery. Horrible experience"

"I had an emergency, they took care of me in office. My issue worsen and Dr Uppatori made it his business to get my procedure done asap. I was scared, nervous and anxious. He explained everything so well. The staff is above par. I can not be thankful enough for what was done. For the better things to come for me. For the quality of life that has been returned to me! "I have delivered two children through this group. 2014 being my first and 2017 my last. So, I have been coming here for 8 years. After speaking with a physician on call last night who advised me to call today for an appointment and that today is when they can accommodate late appointments. After calling at 9am until even 9:06am, the phones still weren’t on. I work at a hospital and was seeing patients myself and when I had called, they told me they couldn’t get me in today but I could come in Thursday or Friday during the day (which I made them aware of that I cannot make appointments until after 5:45pm). I will not be going back here. I myself work in a hospital and our department sees 300+ patients a day. We always fit urgent patients in. The fact that they wouldn’t and this is an urgent visit, speaks volumes about this group."

"They are phenomenal. I was a high-risk pregnancy for both of my children and they took great care of me from beginning to end. Whether I had questions for the nurse, extra monitoring towards the end, a water break phone call at 1 am or 31 hours of labor with a change of doctor shift... they were always a few contact moments away. I would do it all again with them!"

"I am currently pregnant with my first & have been happy with the staff at the Oak Lawn and Mokena locations overall. The doctors are quick but knowledgeable and always answer my questions to satisfaction. The nurses have been extremely nice whenever I have called with a concern or for lab results. Despite other reviews, I’ve never waited unusually long for my appointments. I would highly recommend either of these offices for patients who are pregnant."
