"I've been a patient of Dr. Belinda Hernandez's since January of 2019, and I can honestly say that since my very first visit to this office I have been nothing but impressed by the facility itself and its cleanliness, the friendliness of the front office staff, and the knowledge of both my physician and Ms .Grecia Martinez, who is one of the Nurse Practitioners that I truly adore. In addition to the medical staff being knowledgeable and very well equipped at dealing with a patient who has multiple chronic illnesses that are quite serious and thus requiring referrals to different specialists on a regular basis, I feel as though the entire staff at WellMed goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome every time I go in for an office visit. As of the daughter of two medical professionals who have died but left me very well informed as to what kind of care I should receive when seeking out a new healthcare provider, and as the sister of a medical doctor residing in San Antonio, I can say with complete and total certainty that this practice is exceptional in both the quality of care provided as well as the friendly and personable staff that is there to get you situated before your office visit. Five stars hands down =)"
"Don't go to this place."
"Worse place to get medical help my Dad was a patient there and had been patient with all 3 of the Tavares brothers since 1971 but when Wellmed came in you could not see the Doctor no matter how ill the patient was they would tell you he is on a waiting list. You can't go no where not even speak with a nurse they would tell you leave a message and later the reception would call you back not the nurse. Really bad place. Before this place was awesome Dr always willing to see the patients no matter if it was already closing time."
