"I first contacted a large competitor and they came out to give me a quote and I was ready to move forward. They gave me a lead time of 1-2 weeks. I then contacted Doug at Lake Travis Overhead Doors to check the price and lead time. I described the broken springs and how many needed to be replaced (Qty 4) and he immediately gave me a quote over the phone that was ~40% less than the other guy. Moreover, he said he could install the spring system the next day. I moved forward with Doug's company (family owned and operated btw) and he completed the install as promised and quoted! Very happy with the results and would highly recommend. Thank you Doug!"
"Great and quick services. I'd thought it going to take 1 week or two to replace the door, but Doug Burd came to my place and had just fixed the door in 30 minutes. He also explained that it will take time to order a new one, but current damage does not require the full replacement, with 2 more bars, he get the door back in shape and functional.
