"Mr. Ramiro Garcia was hired to fix two leaks on our roof, replace the rotten wood if any and patch up dry wall and paint in the inside of the house. He started the work and left for the day leaving the roof uncovered. It rained heavily that night and water came into the house and caused more damage to the roof and the inside. This is our rental property so we weren’t at the property at the moment, the next day Mr. Garcia texted us letting us know that roof was in worse condition than he initially thought but stating that is because of the faulty roof and that we needed to change the whole half of the roof, so we did. After finishing the roof we had to rent humidifiers and blowers to get everything dry in the inside of the house, but when talking to our renter she told us that he had left the roof uncovered and that’s why all the water was coming in. He also started asking for more money, to which we said no because he had left the roof open. It was because of him that we had delays and more expenses. We waited a couple of days for everything to dry so that Mr. Garcia’s worker could patch up the inside, to which Mr. Garcia was very bothered by. He wanted to do the drywall immediately so that we would pay him the other half of the money. Mr. Garcia then sent his drywall person who patched the ceiling unevenly, he used putty to texturize the drywall but got the putty all over the hard wood floors in the room. He also spray painted the ceiling without covering anything or letting us know so that we or our renter could take the furniture out. The furniture in the room got covered in paint as a result. When we tried to talked to him about this, Mr. Garcia accused us of not wanting to pay him and started threatening us and our property. Mr. Garcia threats had me file a police report so that we were sure our property and the people in it were safe. In general this was a HORRIBLE experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. Garcia at all. Please take your business elsewhere. He is an angry man and has no respect for others. Also, this is not their location. There is no office at this address."

"RG roofs, family owned and operated by father and son in law, did a great job for us, fast response, explained everything and very hard workers. These guys know how to go the extra mile. Replaced our siding and fixed leak in our roof. I will certainly be using them for my future projects. Cost was well below what I was quoted by other companies."
