"I have seen this company‘s fleet of trucks. They have several big van trucks vans and pick up trucks. All of them are matching make and models and all have the same badging on the sides. I buy gas at a gas station, their location is by. I’ve seen their employees coming in at the end of the day, all dressed in uniform and looking professional. It’s rare these days not to have subcontractors show up in sketchy vehicles and sketchy dressed! All that being said, I gave them a try, and they had me up and running that same day!"

"Warranty? Oh no that is just a joke we like to tell our customers. We offer RUUD products and since they don't actually perform the function of cooling air, when a customer calls to give notice of a warranty claim, we all have a good laugh. [Update]: Apparently there was a glitch in communication of notice. When All Cool got notice they responded promptly, professionally and competently. They repaired the defect, honored the warranty and did so in a timely manner."
