"Very poor customer service, they never answer the phone keep you hold for over 40 mins. I requested service on my leaking water machine. No one can schdule a service appointment. I was told a representive would call back and we never recieved a call back. Just left on hold waiting ona return call. Water Machine leaks all over our counter. POOR service over all!"
"Worst customer service around. CSR tells you they will have a service manager call you back., no one ever calls. Keep you on hold for 45 minutes then want to keep you holding some more. No sure who runs this business but they need to take a good look at their customer service teams. Horrible"
