"I had an exceptional experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I may be a bit unaware but I didn't realize the battery in my iPhone could be replaced. I thought I was going to have to replace my phone. I took my phone to Batteries Plus. Jennifer did a quick check up of my phone, had the battery replaced in about 10 minutes, did another quick check to ensure the phone was functioning properly, and had me out the door in about 20 minutes total. She even applied a $10 coupon to save more on the already great value (vs. replacement phone cost). I was very impressed with the stores merchandise, the professionalism of the staff, how much money they saved me that day, and how fast I was out the door. I will find a reason to go back."
