"I am so grateful for Imperial Plumbing! During the freeze in January my backflow device broke and I’ve been “ghosted” by multiple companies. I left a voicemail on a Sunday night around 7:30 PM and got a call back from Toby within 30 mins. He was so kind and helpful, quoted me on the phone and said he could be out as early as the next day. He checked in first thing in the morning and Sam was out at my home that afternoon and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the whole experience! "Toby & Sam are professional, reliable & genuine. I had the main line replaced from the water meter to the house. Although it wan't cheap, it was well worth it and great peace of mind that no leaks will occur again. Toby took the extra time to educate myself about old quest plumbing that was installed in the late 80s early 90s resulting in many leaks like this one in the area. Will defiantly do business with them again! A+++"
