"They did my taxes for 2021 and I still haven't received a refund in 2024. They charged me 260$ that I paid and told me my refund was Bout 1700$ but then I get a letter from the irs staying it's actually only 300$ish. If I would have known that I wouldn't have paid them 260$ and done it myself. So now I've paid them 260$ and HAVENT seen the 300ish bux back. Very inexperienced and they've done nothing to help make it right. Will never go to H&R Block again."

"I arrived at 5:30 pm as a walk-in and left at 6 pm because no one saw me or even talked to me to let me know how long the wait to file my taxes would be. The staff up front talked about my situation but never spoke to me. The front desk representative called a guy on the phone asking if he was still coming in because he had some one waiting for him. Another lady came by and the front desk staff asked if she could just switch me to her because the guy on the phone was going to be late another 25 minutes. I ended up leaving to go to another tax office nearby. I came in as a walk in, meaning I am open to see anyone in the office. Why have me wait for someone who is already late to work and not in the office. Also, communication is key. Talk to me! I found all this information out by eavesdropping."
