"Provide tax services but never received copies of my documents after reaching out numerous times. Office staff very rude and unprofessional. I saw your response. Ms Tamisha at the Katy location is who I corresponded with. Never received via email and asked to resend that didn't happen. I used your service because it was black owned but this has not been a good experience for me. I"
"I wish I had looked further into the reviews now seeing that I'm not the only one and seeing it's a common thing for tamisha to rob you of your money. I'm now facing a bigger issue of losing my house as I filled my investment for my house and the bans here where I live in Canada where I have a private loan from are requiring documents to show proof I am doing my part and they are refusing my renewal. Tamisha took my money I never received any receipt no emails no calls etc. I will try my absolute best to file for fraud as this seems to be very common and she's getting away with it. I can't believe this is actually happening to me I never wish this upon anyone. God will punish."
