"If I could rate this company with -10 stars I would. We had 2 pool contracts with this company, one at our personal home, the other at our vacation home on South Padre Island. Sandalio(the owner) promised to be a man of his “word” but we were constantly met with excuse after excuse once problems began to arise. He never took responsibility for any of the issues,always put the blame on someone else and now we have not one but TWO pools we have to repair. From rebar stains throughout, pool equipment breaking down, stains in plaster, lights going out, tile issues. Whatever you can think could go wrong has happened & all before the 1 year “warranty”. He has disappeared. Oh but,Not before taking our money! So now here we are, stuck having to contract out the jobs on the two pools this company constructed. Now that I know his true character and quality of work,I wouldn’t trust him to build a bird bath. Whatever you do save yourself the time,headache and money. Now I know the true meaning of “You get what you pay for”"
