"I asked for full synthetic oil on my vehicle for 44.88 they took upon themselves to put the most expensive one and tell me that they had none of the $44.88 I bearly have enough $$ as it is and they adding things that I didn't ask for. And if you don't have it available why are you advertising it. Front desk and mechanics were so rude trying to make it seem it was my fault and at the end its better oil and that in their words" if we dont have the $44.88 we put the most expensive " like excuse me you need to ask me first like wth. Don't go here the only reason I went was it was close by and the only place open on a Sunday. If I could give 0 starts I would rude rude rude."

"Horrible customer service. I was trying to call the tire center so that I could get a replacement for my bad battery and they did not even answer the phone. Worst experience I’ve ever had hands down."

"Big yikes....no customer service at all and messed up my oil since they did not do it right the first time. I would not reccomend here to do anything. Pick another place trust me. Also they don't pick up the phones....if you love getting bad customer service, then come on down."

"Very disappointed with the way the Auto Care Center treated me. I first dropped off my truck at Walmart in Palmhurst, Tx. at 12:40, after an hour and a half of waiting at the store for it I was told that they were not going to do the work because the drain plug showed signs of tampering. I explained that the previous oil change was done at the other Mission Walmart store and the worker handed me a copy of the previous work order and told me to go figure it out with them. I arrived at the Shary rd. Walmart store and asked the mechanic for a manager. The assistant manager came out and as soon as I began to explain my situation to him, he started suggesting that I must have done something to the vehicle and that I was lying about it. I showed him that my vehicle was right at 3000 miles just like their windshield sticker recommended for the next oil change and that there was no reason for me to go anywhere else prior to that in a frustrated tone and asked for the manager again. Once the manager came out he took a mechanic out to finally chef book the vehicle and determined that the issue was not tampering but just a part of the gasket that squeezed out of the plug when it was screwed on and agreed to perform my oil change at their location. I was not moved ahead of the line ed green after i had already spent two and a half hours at this point just trying to assert that I was guilty of nothing. The actual manager was polite which made ir a little better but, when I was told that my vehicle was ready and at this point it was 4:30p.m. the clerk at the register was rude when I asked why there wasn't any notes stating the problem and that it was not my fault. I paid (full price) not even compensated for spending five hours for a mistake they made and drove home. When I got home, my vehicle was smoking and smelled like burnt oil. I opened the hood and noticed that they spilled oil all over my engine and manifold and that the oil was still dripping down to my driveway. This could have caught on fire and I could have been seriously injured. After all my troubles they didn't even try to do the work right or be safe about an oil spill all over my engine. I am very disappointed and hope that Walmart does something about it before a customer gets injured for their lack of professionalism."
