"Called twice to ask for a part. Not once did they say they needed a core which normally if you do they let you know up front. We show up and pay and still don't mention anything about needing the core part it's until after they remove the part that they say they need the core part and we had to pay extra since we didn't have the core."

"They don’t know how to stick to a scheduled appointment. I scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up between 4:30-5pm and get a notification at 4:55pm that they will not be able to pick up for another 60 minutes, which by this time the service department of the dealership that I needed to take my vehicle to would be closed! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY unless you have HOURS of time to spend waiting on them."
