"We waited an hour and a half for them to let someone else go in front of us who haven't been waiting as long as us. (We called to set an apt but she said walk-in only) The lady working the front wasn't very nice, actually had an attitude, and not very informative. We have been going to H&R block for years, but they just lost our buisness."

"While Madia Rodriguez was enjoyable enough to work with, the systen was a terror. This is the second year that there was a problem finding my previous years information. Last year the gentleman was able to finally locate my taxes but this year it took 4 people and they finally somehow found a previous years, not even last years at that. I have utilized H&R Block all my life with the exception of a handful of times because I felt your company to be the best. Then we tried enrolling me in your program so that I could see my previous years taxes but that didn't go thru either! My coinfidence level in your company has been tainted given the 2 recent years of less than stellar performance level."
