"Do Not allow them to do your taxes! Mine are very simple but to be honest at Christmas time I needed a little extra so I only went in to allow them to do my taxes to try and get a Tax Advance. The 100 I got was really no help. Now I'm stuck and have to allow them to complete my taxes. I went in Friday afternoon. She was very nice but she completed my taxes, then told me the amount of my return was and told me to sign. She explained nothing, I even said I don't know what I'm signing. I told her that was alot Less than I always get. Smiled and said have a nice day. After looking at my paperwork she filed an Annuity I receive monthly from my mom's estate as Taxable income. It is Not. 1099R even states 00.0 is Taxable. Longer story short I tried to explain to her, her Manager and others at the main number and No One would listen. They were just concerned with being Right in this situation and they are 100% wrong! They sent in my Taxes Wrong anyway. Now I have to wait 24hrs for the Letter from the Insurance company detailing that I owe no taxes on this income. Send it into the IRS to correct the problem. When I tried to speak back with the Mgr she wouldn't get on the phone. They charged almost 800 to screw up my taxes that I have never had a problem with just because no one would listen. I Do NOT RECOMMEND!"
