"Run, don't walk away from Team Services. My AC was not cooling efficiently, so I called this company. The technician, while nice, took forever. He couldn't find the serial number. He made several trips to his truck. He made several lengthy calls into his office. He then gave me a bill for $220 for 2.5 hours work. His assessment? "It's not working well." Without thinking, I gave him a check. Realizing the next day that the cost was unreasonable, especially since nothing was fixed, over a several-day period I called and left 5 voice messages with the person to whom I was directed and sent one email. No one would get back with me. These folks don't know what they're doing and certainly do not stand by their work."
