"We dropped our mower Monday, called for update Wednesday ( they hadn’t gotten to it yet) and finally had a diagnosis on Thursday afternoon which included recommended repairs that we turned down. We asked for specific repairs to be done, and they said ok. Next week comes and no word from them so we call in on Wednesday and they inform us that they will not do the repair because it’s a liability. They never called to tell us they were not going to do the repair. Now we are almost 2 wks into it and no repairs. Will never go back there and recommend going somewhere more professional. They originally said they could do the repair in a couple of days. They failed to keep us informed. We had to call every time we wanted an update. They were slow to respond and find our mower. Bad service and bad customer service."

"I dropped a push mower off for a tune up on Monday, they called on Thursday morning to tell me I needed a new carburetor (my mower was running fine when I dropped it off, no issues whatsoever), as of Saturday morning, I still don’t have my mower back, and my bill, once I do get my mower, will total over $150, which is enough to buy a completely new mower. When I got the mower back, it ran like new. I must admit they did a great job. Probably not the fastest or the cheapest, but they do good work."
