"My experience at Cummins Houston service department was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Juliza, was enjoyable to work with; she kept me informed every step of the way during my Motorhome service visit; she was able to answer all of my questions and provide first-class customer service. Norman, my tech, was also very knowledgeable and helpful."

"When I called in to make the appointment for a very small and easy thing, I was given a 12 PM time slot to arrive for my appointment. I arrived at 12 PM for the appointment and waited in the waiting area for 1 hour. I then went to the service desk to ask about the progress on my truck and the service desk told me that the mechanic just got back from lunch at 1 PM and took my truck back then. I waited a whole hour for nothing to be done to my truck. Why even make the appointment for when the mechanic goes to lunch? Then after the mechanic was finished with the issue, I drove away around 2 PM and the issue still wasn't fixed. I had to bring it back to the shop and the mechanic had to come back out and finalize something that he forgot to do or overlooked. It was finally fixed after that which is great. But when I called in to schedule this job I asked about how much it would be and was told that they would only charge for 1 hour and then when I went to pay I was told that there is a 2 hour minimum for computer work, something that I wasn't told from the beginning. So this took twice as long as it should have and was twice as expensive than I was expecting. The only reason I'm even giving a 1-star is because the actual issue was fixed."

"Wow - what amazing service. We were traveling through town and had a warning light on our motorhome. We pulled in, Tia came right out and read the codes. She made sure they had the part and worked MAGIC to get someone who could install that part for us that day since we were scheduled to be on our way. Gavin did the work fast as can be and they got us back on the road. It happened to be the day of our 25th anniversary and the whole team made a fuss over us, made us feel so welcome and special. I can't say enough good things about this team and the service they provide. If you live in Houston, you need to go here and if you are passing through, this is a great place to make sure you are safe to continue travelling.
