"I dropped my car of on Oct 30 2023 after the catastrophic hail event in Sept. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. And here we are in March and I still do not have my car back. I was inform that they would continue to cover my rental until my repairs were completed. However ever week I get a call from my rental car company that they have not been paid. And I have to take time off of work to hunt people down to get this done. When I came into to shop to speak with the manager. I was informed he would call me back. That was 5 days ago.my rental still has not been paid and my car still has not been completed. This is not acceptable ."

"Great for small repairs! Context: Someone had hit my rear right door (C300) with, what I assume was, their door in a parking lot yesterday, leaving a quarter sized dent and some white streaks - it appears to have been a full on swing, rather than a love tap, by the damage. Unsurprisingly, they left before I got back and they didn’t leave any indications of what happened or how to find them. Experience: I spoke with Denise on the phone about an hour before to see their availability. Upon arrival, she introduced me to Jake and Tony, a specialist and a manager, to take care of evaluation and pricing. After a quick walk around with Jake, Tony came out and gave me a run down of how they would fix it and whether my budget/timeline was realistic. Tony exceeded both of those expectations and gave me an incredible price and had it fixed within an hour - both the price and speed absolutely astounded me as someone who’s used to having to deal with dealerships and larger repair shops for work on current and prior vehicles. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and made my brief visit all that much better. I’ll be back for any minor repairs and I recommends this shop for anything of a similar nature."

"Abbegail has been the best rep for this company, she answers all of my questions quickly, concisely, and with a great attitude. If it wasn't for abbegail who knows how my experience could've changed. I eagerly await to retrieve my car asap! Insurance takes a while to process a claim but I have faith in this shop to satisfy my expectations. Edit: Tony and Abby have been my saviors, I received my vehicle and it looks better than new! Not even a scratch on my car! They really took care of me as quickly as they could and were great communicators. I ended up paying $0 on my deductible as they claimed (which I was prepared to pay some kind of hidden fees) pleasantly surprised and recommend!"
