"Absolutely terrible. Promised a technician would come out same day. Made me pay for a membership up front. I stayed home all day waiting for a call from the technician and never heard anything. Finally when I followed up, they backtracked and said someone couldn’t come out and the woman couldn’t even get in touch with a technician. We had an urgent electrical matter and lost a full day waiting for these people."
