"I can’t say enough good things about Luis and his team at Nikki’s Pool company. We bought our current home with a pool already installed. It is our first experience with having a pool. So when it came time to hire a pool company, we just went with the pool company that the prior owners had contracted with and claimed to have a great experience with. We went on like this for a few years and had a number of mishaps. Time to switch pool companies! Asked a number of friends and the resounding response was Nikki’s Pool. We have been delighted ever since the switch - no comparison to the prior company — they are THAT much better. Great weekly maintenance (chemicals always in balance!), and Luis really knows his stuff when it comes to diagnosing and replacing old or broken parts (including the computer panel and internal circuitry that runs all the equipment). He offers competitive pricing, promptly responds to service calls when something’s not working, and to top it off, he is an overall nice guy with whom it is a true pleasure to work. Stop looking at the other guys and go with Nikki’s Pool. You won’t be disappointed."
"Luis was outstanding. He came out the same day I called him and fixed an issue I was dealing with. He also took the time to improve on the system and rebuilt my chlorine tower. He was knowledgable and I expect my pool will work even better. His price was incredibly reasonable compared to the level of work he provided!!!!"
