"I've got a Rocket semi automatic that I LOVE and the other morning it would not draw water into the group head Noooooooo!!! I did a quick search and the coffee gods pointed me to Austin Coffee Technician YaY Because Carlos is the man! He picked up my machine, did an overall tuneup and got my loved Rocket back to me in perfect condition! If you need repairs to your residential high end coffee machine Austin Coffee Technician is definitely the only call you need to make!!!"
"I have a shop in Elgin and has a small leak coming from my espresso machine. I called these guys up and with their guidance and suggestions I was able to fix the super minor issue. They could have charged me travel fees along with hourly rates to diagnose and repair my machine and they didn't. Instead they were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars and for that I will ALWAYS call Coffee Techs. Yall gained a loyal customer!"
"Huge wait time, seems nice so far. I have faith my machine will be fixed correctly as soon as they get to it. I got my machine back and boy did they do me right. From the time they started to the time it was fixed was 1 day. The fix was more simple than previously thought so they ended up charging me about half of what I was quoted. They also explained some things to me so that I could better care for my equipment. all around a good experience. The coffee they sale is delicious too!"

I was even given initial trouble-shooting ideas to try prior to bringing my machine in. They are very transparent in pricing and what services were needed. "I brought my La Marzocco Linea Mini to the shop and they had excellent service from start to finish. When I first arrived they helped me troubleshoot to see if we could fix it quickly. This is the type of place where you can tell they are working to get you taken care of as efficiently as possible. They were very transparent and honest.
