"Absolutely pathetic service. I have no other options in my area. It deserves a minus 1 trillion if I could. Pure garbage! Pay for 300/300 and it fluctuates all day long between 13 and 297. The roller coaster they can’t troubleshoot. Say service is fine."

"I cannot emphasize this single star enough. I’m sitting at work with no internet, unable to do my job. Called tech support again, they can’t check on the status of their own outage, and they couldn’t give me an update at all because of an internal system update. They recommended I go online to check the status. Two weeks ago the internet down for an entire week, they offered a $20 bill credit for the inconveniences their outage caused."

"Worst company ever! They severed my fiber cable when burying it and refuse to send a Technician out to fix it after hours or weekends, although my install was able to be done on a Saturday. Literally can not get my service repaired, and was hung up on when I said I wanted to cancel it."

"May be the worst customer service from a company I’ve ever encountered. I schedule my service installation two weeks ago and was given a window of 12-4pm for my install. I took the afternoon off from work to meet the technician doing the install. I receive a text message from Frontier at 2pm that the technician was unable to get ahold of me even though they never reached out. Not so much as a call, text, or knock on the door. I spent an hour trying to get ahold of a person on the phone to be told I missed my window and they couldn’t get me in for another 5 days. Decided to go with Spectrum who from my experience has much better customer service and a good internet service. Should have read the Google reviews before taking work off for these clowns."

"I've been waiting for more than a year for Frontier to do something with the fiber line that supplies my internet connection. Currently, it - like many of its brothers before it - is strewn across my street and through my front yard. Cars run over it regularly, slowly draining its life force until there's nothing left. Each time the line dies and my internet goes with it, I contact Frontier. To their credit, they usually have someone out within a couple of days. Each time, that person comes out, acts shocked that the line hasn't been buried yet, replaces the existing temporary line with another temporary line, then promises that someone will be out to run a permanent line within a couple of weeks. But no one ever shows up. On two occasions, the technician who did the line replacement offered me his cell number and said to reach out if the line wasn't buried within a few weeks. On both occasions, I reached out; on both occasions, the technician ghosted me. Sometimes the lines last just a few weeks; one time, when they used a fiber line with thicker insulation, it lasted several months. But it never lasts. Probably because it's not intended to: it's a temporary line. Every support representative and technician that I've dealt with has SAID the right things - but my fiber line, which was supposed to be buried more than a year ago, still runs through my front yard and across my street. I rely on the internet for work and this pattern cost me several total loss days before I decided to pay for a 5G backup. Now I'm left paying for two internet connections and I get the recurring pleasure of dealing with Frontier support. ### Update After 13 months, Frontier *finally* routed my fiber line under my road. With any luck, I'll have need to deal with damaged fiber lines and their absolutely pitiful customer service again..."
