"Unprofessional. Blake doesn’t stand behind his work. Bob scheduled us for a consult to repair a leaking RO system faucet that was installed by Excalibur. He called the day of the service to cancel because they “no longer service RO systems.” Blake was rude, unprofessional and willing to lose our business. We have used Excalibur for years. Do not use this company."
"Curtis was absolutely fantastic!! He was so helpful. He answered all our questions. He explained everything ... starting with the least expensive simple option, then if the repair would be more detailed he also discussed that. Lucky for us the least expensive was able to be done (4 faucets needed to be replaced). Curtis did an excellent job. Friendly, knowledgeable, careful, respectful of our cat too. Quality service. We're very happy with the job he did. Excalibur is definitely our new plumbers. And Curtis is the BEST! I highly recommend this company. Many Thanks!"

"Excalibur has installed both of our water heaters at different times in the past. Yesterday, the pilot light on one of them would not stay lit. Richard came this morning. He made a point to bring the part that he suspected to be the problem as it is apparently on recall. He fixed the problem in about 15 minutes at no charge. I appreciate the promptness and the honesty. Another business might have told me there was a charge for the service, and I wouldn’t have known to question it. Honesty goes a long way these days!! 10/10 would recommend!!"
