"I called to get some info on their services with Ring Alarms, and not only did they put me on hold for OVER an hour, they then HUNG UP ON ME. I called a second time. I was on hold for 10-15 minutes before getting to speak to a person again. That person simply said "we don't offer that service" Waste of time."

"The employees at this location are nice and friendly enough but to be honest I am not sure how knowledgeable about the products they are. I am still awaiting my laptop after nearly two months. I need it for school so this is frustrating. I just bought it too and the USB port has never worked. One month after I took it in they said it was finished and I came to pick it up, but after testing what was broken (which I asked them to do!) it still wouldn't work so they didn't fix it at all. Also, they assured me it wouldn't take more than two weeks to fix it. HA! I know the techs at this location send it out so its not entirely their fault but they should have caught it before telling me it was done.. also I asked the tech nicely if he could expedite it since he told me it would take two weeks and it took a month. He was nice about it and said yes, but clearly he has no ability to do that because it's taking even longer this time. So they have sent it out again and still waiting on "a part." It's been two months.. It should be covered in my warranty and total tech but we will see. really annoying. At this point they should just replace the laptop. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Accidentally dropped my phone riding my bike on a Saturday. I checked for apple-certified screen repair services for ASAP repair as I need my phone for my job. This location popped up for that sunday at 5:40 pm. I selected it b/c offered SAME-DAY repair on the Apple website. I show up and check-in, with the expectation to receive my phone back in however long it may take. This was my first time repairing my screen so I was willing to wait 3 hrs or so, given whatever repairs they may've been already doing. Not long into the meeting, the staff member mentions they actually can't repair it that day, that it'll have to be overnight. Their installer was leaving in 5 minutes, apparently. I understand not offering same-day repairs, but was not a fan on how they advertise themselves as such and then tell you when you show up that it'll actually have to be overnight. They need to communicate with apple in order to get this sorted. Wouldn't recommend booking an appointment here."
