"Mark was quick and efficient. He made a frustrating situation better, and on a Sunday! He did present the $99 service charge off the bill as getting a deal vs part of the process...but, honestly, my frustration about that/cost is with my landlord, not Mark or RotoRooter! Mark was helpful, explained things thoroughly, and arrived announced, on time, and professionally. My water heater is now working and I can shower after moving = happy customer!"

"Ronnie and his team did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and respectful, and communicated with us thoroughly about specifics of what they'd be doing and when. We were very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone! (We already have recommended them to a few neighbors!) Also Ryan was great to work with from a sales perspective - very friendly, respectful, and personable, of course, but also honest about what he was selling, pros and cons. We were very happy with Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend!"
"The service was 5 star. Mark was outstanding! He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything so that I could understand it. I was running late to meet him because of traffic. I wasn’t sure he’d still be there when I arrived because the dispatcher informed me that she would notify the technician that I was running late. She told me: “I’ll let the technician know and see if he wants to wait”. He waited. Much appreciated. Thank you Mark. The COST is 4 star.. I haven’t had plumbing repairs in a bit so maybe it’s the rate but geez. $550.00 for slightly less than 1.5 hours of work. And that was with a discount. Thank you."
